Where are you shipping from?
We will ship from the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to the majority of countries. All buyers not from the US are responsible for paying any customs, tariffs, taxes, and fees.
Does shipping come with tracking?
Yes! All shipping comes with tracking. With certain countries, like the Phillipines, tracking will stop the moment it arrives in the recipient's country.
Can I change my address before the order is shipped?
Yes! You can change it at any time before your order has been shipped as long as you contact us through the contact form with your order number and new address/info. We will also send out a reminder for all buyers to change their address if needed before shipping starts.
I forgot to change my address and my order is in transit. Can I have a refund or free replacement?
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds or free replacements to buyers who have forgotten to change their address in time. If you contact us with your order number, we can ship you a replacement once the production price and shipping cost is paid.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
If it's lost, please contact us if it's been 15 business days since the tracking was last updated with your order number. If it's damaged, please do the same, but as soon as possible when discovered. Once 120 days has passed since an order has been shipped, we cannot give out a refund or replacement without an extra fee to cover production price and shipping.
