✦ This is a pre-order. Production is estimated to take 2 months after pre-orders end.
✦ Digital products are NOT an instant download. The digital zine PDF and digital merch will be "shipped" via email after shipping has concluded.
Taxes and Customs
✦ Sales tax/VAT is NOT charged to any country outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
✦ Buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for paying customs fees. Tariffs, VAT, and other taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping
✦ All physical items are shipped with tracking from the United States.
✦ Insurance is included in the shipping fee for all orders except to Ukraine to protect against loss, theft, and damage. If there has not been an update within 15 business days of your order tracking, or there has been damage, please contact us through our contact form or our email at [email protected] with your order number.
✦ We cannot refund or replace lost, stolen, or damaged orders once 120 days has passed since the day of shipment (if outside of the US) or 60 days have passed since the mailing date (within the US).
✦ Address changes are the buyer's responsibility and can be changed any time before it is shipped. We will be e-mailing all buyers a link to an address change form along with posts on all of our socials to remind them of the address change deadline.
✦ We cannot ship to these countries:
Afghanista, Belarus, Brunei, Palestine, Lebanon, Niue, Russia, Syria, Tajikistan, Yemen
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
✦ As this is a pre order project we cannot refund or cancel once the order is placed.
✦ All sales are final.
✦ If, due to unforseeable events, we cannot ship to a country that was able to be selected to ship to during pre orders, the buyer will recieve a full refund.
